Getting closer to our customers

Roussel Inox approaches project design from the customer’s perspective.
You express your requirement, then we specify it together, while becoming more closely acquainted with your activity.
The organisation of your production area, the capacity of your buildings, your work process: all this data enables us to refine your request.
We visit your production site so as to get to know it and to visualise the location of the future machines.
Once the order has been finalised, our salesperson remains your designated intermediary until delivery.
With a collaborative approach, our design department then draws up the material adjusted to your ways of working and your expectations. Production rate, cleanability of machines: nothing is left to chance.
On the production floor, manufacturing is entrusted to a single team, from A to Z, for optimal monitoring.
This same team takes care of installation at your site.

Stainless steel – a top quality material

Stainless steel, also known as inox, is an alloy that is both malleable and solid, low-maintenance and completely recyclable, and thus eco-friendly.

Roussel Inox generally uses grade 304L stainless steel, made of:
• NICKEL, providing stability and robustness
• CHROMIUM (10.5% minimal content), which forms a thin layer of protection upon contact with air, guaranteeing corrosion resistance
• CARBON, very low content (L = low carbon).

Whenever greater resistance to chlorides, industrial solvents and saline solutions is required, we recommend grade 316L stainless steel which guarantees even stronger protection, by adding molybdenum to the 304L alloy.
Stainless steel is a scratch-resistant and shock-resistant alloy, as well as being hygienic and easy to clean, all of which are essential properties in the food-processing trades.
Stainless steel is not only our raw material, it is also, for us, premium material!
