Our wash cabinets and turbo-wash tanks are much more than a mere kit with stainless steel walls! In both our design department and our production floor, they are designed in accordance with the requirements that come first and foremost for all of our machines.
Washing of stacked grids, plastic cases or mould-holding trolley
The cabinet works completely independently, on a prewash-wash-rinse cycle.
• Ramp with rotating or up-and-down cleaning nozzles/tubes/pipes
• Circulation pump and heating of washing solution
• Detachable filtration basket
• Possibility of automatic concentration of detergent or disinfectant
• Possibility of rinsing with leftover/residual water
• Possibility of prewash with recycling of water from previous rinse cycle
Washing of moulds or mould-blocks by steeping
This vat allows equipment to be steeped, and provides optimal cleaning of hardest-to-reach impact zones or mechanical action zones
